Celebration at New Mills Town Hall

Running order for evening of Saturday 21 April at New Mills Town Hall

3pm: Doors open to public for stalls & Fairtrade light refreshments.
Showing of film 'The Battle of Kinder Scout' (BBC, 1970).
Music by Cajan Specials band; Story telling by Honor Giles.

5pm: Drinks reception by Moorside Grange Hotel

5.30pm: Proceedings start: (introductions by Mike Harding, to include Countryside Minister Barry Gardiner; MP for High Peak Tom Levitt; and the Mayors of News Mills and High Peak).

'Trespassers will be Celebrated' sung by Sally Goldsmith.
